Everyone is sick

The parent treats his child nicely out of his need to see himself as a better parent than his parents.  

The child, in an attempt to spite his parent ends up hurting himself.

The wife perseveres in misery because she does not know what she will be without her husband.

The husband lives in anxiety, dreading the day that his sins will catch up with him.

The employee is busy licking his boss’ behind fearful that he will not survive without the salary.

The boss is having sleepless nights wondering how long it will take before his juniors and associates throw him under the bus.

The lover is overly nice to his partner in an attempt to conceal his desperation to be loved.

The teacher hopes that his computer does not malfunction because he has nothing to say outside the 96 PowerPoint slides.

The student is anxiously trying to figure out which of the 96 slides will come in the exams because they believe their life depends on it.

The preacher is busy telling his congregants about the beauty of heaven whilst anxious about his urgent material needs.

The congregants are eagerly saying Amen hoping that it would be enough to secure them favours from God.

The internet influencer is anxiously creating content as he tries to curate his “brand” which deep down, he knows is a house of cards.

The follower tries to mimic and follow the advice of the influencer, but nothing works.

The doctor is bleeding as he tries to tie up the wounds of the patient.

From the husband to the wife. The preacher to the congregant. The boss to the subordinate

The influencer and his followers. The teacher and his students. The parent and his children. The doctor and his patients.
